What Is Reiki Or Energy Healing?

Reiki pronounced ray-key is a transformative Japanese holistic healing therapy and spiritual pathway. Reiki translates to universal or spiritual energy and is the life force energy within us all, which permeates the entire universe. Reiki supports the body’s natural ability to heal, balance and align the mind, body and spirit.

Reiki really means true self. It centers, grounds and guides us to live from our heart. As you work through blockages, you may start to experience unconditional love, peace, security and harmony; and embody your great bright light within.

One To One Reiki

This is an in person session. Reiki is shared in the space, feeling a sense of oneness, and hands may be intuitively placed on or off the body. I have 30 min & 60 min sessions.

Distance Reiki

Reiki flows just the same, whether in-person or at a distance. Universal energy is present within us, time and space are not a factor. At the time of your session, ensure that you are in a quiet and relaxed space. You will receive further guidance when you make a booking. I have 30 min & 60 min sessions.

Animals are highly intuitive and very sensitive to the energies of their surroundings. When the animal's healing is at optimum performance, the body, mind and spirit can heal itself. This can help an animal with pain, recovery from surgery or illness, anxiety, stress, end-of-life issues, and so much more. I have 30 min & 60 min sessions.

Learn About What A Reiki Session Is Like

We discuss your individual needs and goals as well as any
specific issues or concerns you would like addressed in your session.

You relax, fully clothed, lying on a therapy table. Using light contact touch,
I work through your subtle energy system to assess, clear, and balance your energy field in a way that is best for you.

Post session, we will briefly discuss your experience and
address any questions you may have. We may also develop a plan for future sessions and/or how you can support the work at home.

During a session, I encourage you to close your eyes and relax.
Allow the opportunity for you to connect with your inner wisdom and intuition.

Intuitively speaking, I may perceive information that pertains to your overall wellbeing,
current life situation, past pain or injuries, relationships, etc. I share that information with you freely in our post session discussion.
